Types of Therapy
I love this work and helping people create the life they want! I work from a family systems perspective, meaning I take into account the outside factors that contribute to individual and family issues. In addition to a person-centered foundation, I will choose a therapeutic approach that meets your personal needs.
I often draw upon IFS, CBT and DBT techniques, ensuring a tailored and effective therapeutic experience for every client.
Sessions are available in-person or online.
