Women’s

Types of Therapy:

There has never been a time when more was expected from women. You may find yourself feeling the constraints from these expectations. Making time for yourself may seem selfish or even impossible as you have always put everyone else's needs first. Caring for yourself improves your health as well as your impact on those around you.

Common Struggles

for Women

Have you lost much of the joy you once felt? Are you struggling in an abusive or toxic relationship? Do you have years of living with low self-worth resulting in a less-than-desirable life? Is parenting taking a toll on you? Have you recently transitioned into a new stage of life? Empty nest, divorce, new relationship, perimenopause? Is your body speaking a new language you just don’t understand?

Being a woman is sacred but never easy. I believe life happens in relationships, because of that, I consider myself a systemic thinker who sees the many facets of a woman’s journey where family, career, parenting, relationships and social expectations, are interconnected parts of the greater whole we experience.

Women may experience certain environmental, psychological, and biological challenges related to gender that have a significant impact on their mental health and well-being. If not addressed properly, these challenges can turn into burdens that often lead to anxiety, depression, and a lost sense of self.

My expertise allows me to support women with various challenges, including single parenting, relationship struggles, adoption, healthy work-life balance, anxiety and overwhelming emotions.
